Rainier roofing and foundations. installed my last roof in 1990 that was replaced in 2013 on one side due to a tornado after 23 years . The other side lasted until 2021 after 31 years ! also damaged by a hurricane so again I had to use homeowners insurance and had that side replaced so technically the roof could have lasted over thirty to 40 years , but the side replaced in 2013 started having problems after 9ish years because I was foolish for not calling Rainier roofing and foundations. so I decided to use Rainier roofing and foundations. again and it looks great . If not for tornadoes their roofing job from the late twentieth century 1990 might still be in place as it was bullet proof . Anything I asked for I had no trouble getting and no pushing sales gimmicks and knew about engineering problems related to my choices as to why they where a bad idea and it made perfect sense . Give them a call …NOW !
